Atrovia gives you a team of AI agents — for marketing, sales, operations and finance. They read your numbers, draft your plans, and tell you what they think you should do next. They are very useful and they are sometimes wrong. This page explains both, so you know exactly what you are working with.
Never an instruction and never a decision. Nothing an agent says commits you to anything.
Confidently. A wrong number can look exactly like a right one. Check before you act.
Every campaign, price, dollar and hire is your decision, and the result is yours.
Each agent reads the data in your account — what you told us during setup, what your team enters, and what we pull from the services you connect, like QuickBooks or Google. From that it produces things like:
| Area | What the agents produce |
|---|---|
| Marketing | Campaign plans, budgets, ad and email copy, content calendars, website and review recommendations |
| Sales | Pipeline analysis, follow-up suggestions, quote drafts, close-rate and forecast figures |
| Operations | Job stages and targets, capacity and bottleneck analysis, procedures, training assignments, scheduling suggestions |
| Finance | Margin and cost build-ups, pricing suggestions, revenue per person, cash and profit reporting, a readiness signal for hiring |
| The plan | Your business plan, quarterly priorities, scoreboard, and the weekly report that pulls it together |
All of it is a draft for you to review. Think of an agent as a well-prepared new employee who has read everything about your business, works all night, never gets tired — and occasionally gets something badly wrong without realising it.
We would rather tell you this up front than have you discover it:
Read these before you approve. It takes a minute and it is the whole job:
Atrovia does not send a message, publish a post, launch a campaign, spend a dollar or write to your books on its own. A person with authority approves it first. That is by design, and it is the most important safeguard in the product.
Where we offer automation or scheduling that reduces how often you are asked, turning it on is your choice — and what goes out under it is still yours.
Atrovia is not an accountant, a bookkeeper, a lawyer, a tax adviser, a financial adviser or an HR professional. Nothing it produces is accounting, tax, legal, investment or employment advice, and using it doesn't create a professional relationship. When a decision has legal, tax or employment consequences, talk to someone qualified who knows your situation.
And your accounting records of record are the ones in your accounting system — not the reports Atrovia builds from them.
Atrovia scores performance, recommends when to hire, and shows capacity across your team. These are tools to support your judgement.
You are the employer. You make employment decisions, you are responsible for making them lawfully, and you should tell your team what is being recorded about them. Never make an employment decision on an agent's recommendation alone.
The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
The agents are experimental and under active development. Their behaviour, wording, accuracy and availability will change as we improve them, and some features are offered as previews. We can't promise any particular result from following a recommendation — no software can, and you should be sceptical of anyone who says otherwise.
Found something wrong? Tell us — it's the fastest way the agents get better. admin@atrovia.co
